How to get to Labuan Bajo and Seraya Kecil

Travelling to Labuan Bajo is easy.
You can arrive here by plane, public ferry, or by boat.

by plane:

Different airlines offering flights between Bali und Labuan Bajo "Komodo Airport".
Please ask at TransNusa or Merpati office at Domestic Terminal in Bali.
Most airline services are reliable, but cancellation and last minute schedule change can occur!
Please check for latest schedule the day prior departure.

by ferry:

PELNI operates the route between Bali and Labuan Bajo twice a month, and also Makassar/Sulawesi to Labuan Bajo twice a month.
The alternative is a long trek by bus and ferry from Bali, across Lombok and Sumbawa. Combination tickets take you straight through, but you may want to break the journey - it's beautiful, and exhausting! Please ask at Perama-Tour-Office.

by boat trip operator:

There are numbers of small, backpacker class boat trip operator offering cost effective trips for about 3 days from Gili Islands, or from Senggigi/Lombok.
Please choose an established operator with full safety equipment.

by charterboat:

From Bali or Lombok, you can charter a boat for a trip to Seraya Kecil and/or Labuan Bajo.
For those who prefer a little more comfort, many tour operators in Bali offer 5 to 7 days cruises that include a stop at Komodo Island.
